101 Dania Beach is a multifamily apartment project in the heart of Dania Beach. Florida, off the corner of US-| and Stirling Road. The proposed development sits on an assemblage of adjacent parcels and will be built in two phases. Phase I consists of twelve (12) separate parcels totaling 63,000 square feet of land and includes 278 apartment units, 363 parking spaces, live-work units on the ground floor, a rooftop pool and amenities deck, a bike storage room, a dog washing station, an open paseo, and a café. Phase Il will include an additional 102 units, 23,000 square feet of office space, an outdoor terrace lounge and seating area, live-work units on the ground floor, and a sky-bridge connection to the Phase I tower.

The City of Dania Beach is currently undergoing a renaissance and the 101 Dania Beach project is located in the heart of Dania Beach’s downtown area. The project sits adjacent to City Hall and fronts the SW First Avenue roadway, the “Complete Streets Project” corridor undergoing a $20 million renovation and at the heart of the City’s arts and entertainment district. The historic Grampa’s Deli and landmark Jason’s Ice Cream Parlor & Restaurant are both adjacent to the project. The site benefits from immediate access to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport to the north, Interstate 95 to the west, the beaches to the east, and Hollywood, Hallandale, and Aventura to the south.
